The ADV ZEN property sits on around six acres of open countryside, with a mix of wild space and working land. You’ll find olive trees, orange trees, pomegranates, figs, nêsperas, and a few other fruits growing around the place — plus carob trees as part of a small working plantation. It’s real, lived-in land, not landscaped luxury — and that’s part of the charm.
 
There’s also a private dirt biking track currently in the works, and plenty of open space to ride, roam, or just unwind.
 
The garden is peaceful and full of colour, with a pool, a private tennis court, and a roof deck with 360° views across the hills and coastline. Whether you’re resting after a ride or just watching the sunset, it’s a good place to slow down.
